Our client wishes to modernise the appearance on their home and re-configure the interior to make the most of the views over the Bristol Channel. Our proposals create a through kitchen diner and new snug by adding a partial first floor. The entrance is through a 'wintergarden' which also acts as a buffer from the south-westerly winds. The roof is raised and the appearance transformed using a warm palette of red roof tiles, red brick and bronze windows.
